Everything was great as usual.
We were picked up within two minutes of our arrival. The van was probably the cleanest rental car I've ever had and at a good price, too. Friendly, cheerful staff.
Very good experience overall. Made my vacation awesome! Would highly recommend to a friend. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hours were good for my schedule.

We were billed incorrectly, then they processed the credit. I only had a certain amount on my card to cover the rental and the deposit. So, because of the billing issue when tried to charge the deposit there was not enough funds to cover the billing. Then we had to use another card. This was an issue.
I have rented a van from this company the last three weeks, and have had one stellar experience, every other time has been abysmal and I have walked away feeling that I should start renting from another vendor.
The only bad part was my scheduled time of pickup was 12:00 noon and the van was not at the location, I was told I would receive a call when the vehicle was at the location. I never received a phone call, I just went after 5:00 p.m. and the vehicle was ready. The Agent did however apologize for me not receiving a phone call.
AVR has been great and convenient, however, it always seems understaffed and the wait can be pretty long.
The van had a cracked mirror, the aux port was broken/missing, the seats were stained and there was an odor that we had to mask with cologne. Other than that, it was affordable. Eric, the customer service agent was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rent here again and we've already told others about this company. Great experience.
