When we arrived to pick up the rental, it was dirty! It looked like the rental was just received and then rented without being cleaned. We had to request another vehicle. The second one was cleaner. We weren't totally happy with the rental, we almost returned it that evening and rented from another company. Not sure if we rent from you again!
Was tough to find the entrance to the place and the van had a smell to it but overall I was pleased with the rental experience and would rent from them again.
the treatment that I received was excellent, the time that they took explaining how to operate the vehicle/Rates/and any thing that has to do with Vehicle and passenger Insurance protection. I'm willing to share with others
I met a nice and qualified person in your agency. As my request was to have a small van for transportation of 4 people and 4 expensive racing bikes. So he gave me a van which fits 100% with my wishes.

Kasondra, the rental representative personally ensured a great rental experience. She confirmed the pickup arrangements, and cheerfully walked me through the vehicle inspection before I drive away. On return she drove me back to the office since no other staff were available to do so. The van was clean and worked well.
All of the staff that I dealt with were great. Courteous and prompt from the check in to the check out and the van ride back to the airport. Great job.
Jazmin went beyond her responsibility to give me a much better van for the safety of me and my family. received and new van, clean and and much reliable than what i have reserved. I do give a thumbs up this company for having associates like Jazmin for really give excellent A+++ customer service, hopefully Jazmin will be in in my next visit to reserve another vehicle.
We have a bit of an issue with our card but the staff was very patient and helpful. I also rented my van for a great rate, I was very satisfied. I would also make sure you inform customers or remind them that it will be extra for mileage out of certain states.
