Great Van for the eight people in our traveling party
I really like AVR they never have a long line you walk in take care your business and leave.The staff are very professional and friendly

Van worked great and was super clean
This was a decent rental versus my last rental over the Memorial Day weekend.
The Premium Van, I rented was hardly premium. It was a chevy express 15 passenger van with the last 2 rows of seats removed. No power mirrors, very noisy on the road, the cargo door was loose and squeaked. It had good pickup but was very bouncy on the road. If I were this rental company, I would not call this a "Premium". For those of you wanting to rent a van pick the Ford Transit. I rented a Transit last year and was very happy with the features and ride. The Transit also got great MPG.
Basically, from a vehicle standpoint, mine was nothing short of horrible. It had no USB ports, the electronic remote for the locks didn't work and when the A/C was used, it made a hissing sound. I rented from AVR about a month prior and the van was great. However, this last time, my rental was terrible. Also, the tires were almost bald. Will probably never rent from them again based on this last experience.
Although I received an 11 seater van instead of 12 as booked online, the van was spacious and fit our luggages with ourselves.
