The car was missing basic features like back view camera and bluetooth which is basic safety features. Not worth the money
Rented minivan for family of 6 for 13 day stay in CA (Newport Beach, drive up to San Francisco). Grand Caravan was adequate,not cleanest, stained cloth seats,did not smell fresh/new. Very good value compared to major car rentals,less than half the price. Be aware that they do NOT take you to SFO but to the Air Tran only (have to take tram to SFO). We were not told this and had to lug all suitcases/carry-ons on/off tram. Wish AVR had been explicitly clear about shuttle only going to Air Tran.
Wind noise was annoying , sounded like it was coming from windshield. It would whistle from time to time.

I GOT CHEVROLET VAN BUT IT HAS NOT GOOD
Van's AC Vents in the back had issues - some were broken so had to stuff clothes in the vents to block gushes of air coming through
My friend's van rental AC had major problems as well - AC turned on and off and gushed long periods of hot heater air before cooling down again - continued to do so the entire drive to and from Arizona - recommend not using that vehicle for rental for long haul trips filled with passengers only for cargo
I needed differnt vehicles than the one I had reserved and I needed them a day sooner. The staff pulled some strings and made it all happen in a matter of about 20 minutes with no warning. They handled the emergency perfectly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Service was great but the van quality could be better.
If it was not for Tamra and Marina I would be upset! A customer should not wait for a car/van for over 20-30 mins.
