Several things went wrong. We had to wait over an hour to be waited on, we had to wait another hour to get our van, it was a passenger van--not cargo van...with the seats removed, we only had the van for five (5) hours and drove sixty-two miles. I did put extra gas in too...as I didn't know how much gas to put in. This rental was a downer. I am a regular customer and would like a "$50 credit as a customer curtsey. Good service
There was no wiper fluid in the van. It was no problem to stop and buy some at a gas station, but it should have been filled as part of routine maintenance by AVR.
I reported already the condition of the van I rent on Facebook, office in San Diego and the main office in Los Angeles and word at all. Rent the van for one week returned earlier one day and still they charged me 7 days when I was told at the office before I sign the paperwork that if I bring it early I will have one day discount. I took pictures of the van before driving it out the yard. Hope some one can do something to please me.
The entire experience was a pleasure. No issues at all. Everyone was amazingly nice and helpful.

The email confirmation I was sent did not have the Physical address or the Name of the Business on the Confirmation. I had printed out the confirmation and brought to Denver with me. I looked up the address online after spending a considerable amount of time finding the name of your company. When I looked up the address online so I could pick up the van, the address online was wrong. The experience trying to find your office was hectic, once I got there it was good.
Overall good experience, some problems with customer service in the past, but they have improved greatly.
The exterior of the van was pretty dirty and a little banged-up, but the interior was clean.
