I came to AVS because of the good rates and customer service, but it seems you have joined the rest of greed and penny pinching rental companies.
I transport paying customers around and your rates previously made it viable, now it is just a waste. We actualy lost money on this rental.
I used to recommend you all the time because of your good rates, felt such a fool when I saw them recently, made me look a liar.
No more recommendations from me.

I am a frequent renter at this AVR location at SFO. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Though the recently rented vehicle (cargo van) functioned and drove well, the exterior of the van was in poor condition on all sides. Understandably, it is meant to be used as a cargo van and has less than 50,000 miles, but it may need to be repainted or have the body damages repaired. The body condition may be a concern to some renters, as far as the worry of possible underlying structural damage
