Non comments, everything went fine.
Was not offered opportunity to purchase WiFi...only found out about it after. When offering WiFi, should offer to purchase one day or have choice of how many days to purchase. For example, my rental was 4 days and I would have liked to purchase one day out of the four. Fantastic service overall and very positive experience. Thanks!

Shanna and Angelica, at the Costa Mesa, CA location, was outstanding. Though I arrived late, she handled us with a professional, courteous attitude. I will not hesitate to use or recommend Airport Van Rentals in the future!
Very happy with AVR, this is the 3 or 4th time we've used you guys, at different airports. The vans are nice, not the stripped panel type one might expect. Great service, fast pickup. Much better price than other vans.... Thanks, we'll use you guys again. TB

It was very confusing the computers didn't form when returning. The car was not what I ordered seemed very mismanaged
