Moses was pleasant and van was super.
I particularly appreciated the assistance of Tricia (?) and the driver who took me to my airport location after my drop off. Their service was above and beyond normal. Really helpful.
Kathleen was really courteous, friendly and helped us all the way from showing us the vehicles, giving us information on the difference and assisting us on our upgrade. The upgrade made a huge difference in how my family enjoyed our trip. Two thumbs up for Kathleen and AVR for being accommodating.

I rented car from Las Vegas McCarran Airport for one week. The total was almost $ 950.00.
I was given a van which was 105000 miles. Inner rubber lining was falling apart. The parts inside were so loose that for the whole trip, the vibration made so much noise and the whole van was shaking. I WILL NEVER EVER rent again from AIRPORT Van rentals. This is not way to treat customer. The website shows all nice pictures but that is not the case when actual van is given.

Rented from them many times. They're decent.
Van was in very nice condition inside and out. We used it to transport children to a birthday party- it worked perfectly. The kids had a great time being in one car together and it was easy to drive.
Had a reservation which we were told was cancelled, we have no record of the cancellation nor were we provided with information as to who or when the reservation was cancelled. Would not honor our earlier reservation. Had to make a new reservation at a considerably higher price. Highly unlikely we will ever rent here again and definitely will not recommend!
I was driven to the car rental location by a friend. I found the staff to be friendly and process the rental agreement a a timely manner. The van was basic and served my needs. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Yes, I would rent from here again and recommend it to friends and family. See you next time.
