We requested the last row of seat be removed prior to our arrival. We were told it would be a $15 charge. We paid the charge and seats were not removed. The service light came on within a day of using the van which said "service recommended" by the end of our 4 days, the "service required" light was on. We were also charged an additional fee for the driver of the second van we rented. We rent 3-4 times a year at other AVR locations and never have these charges or problems.

I had an issue with my rental and Marvin the manager at the LAX location was very polite and courteous and took care of my issue. Marcus on the support line that I called and spoke to multiple times also helped a lot. Jeff and Ana at the LAX office were also great and helping out.

Pick-up was a breeze and very friendly. Nancy was very helpful and walked around the van with me. Drop-off was scary. I don't mind religion, but not in my face and not when I am conducting business. The man behind the counter was brusk, had the TV turned onto a bible thumping minister and his choice of Bling, in your face, Christian cross was not professional, he also refused to let me do the walk around return of the vehicle with him. The waiting and length of process to rent and return are lengthy enough and added to that the wait for the staff handling other customers makes it longer than it would take at a car rental, especially when we have provided all of our information in advance by email or phone reservation.
