It took several calls from the airport to finally get through and we were picked up in about 10 mins. This location only has two people working but they were both very helpful and courteous. Returning the van was a breeze.
This was an excellent rental experience. The staff was friendly and informative. The rental was reasonably priced and just what we needed for our family vacation. Would definitely do business with AVR again!
Vehicle could have been maintained and serviced before rental. Steering was shaky, and the vehicle was overdue for a service/oil change when we received it.
suggest better mechanical maintenance to vehicle before renting it to customer. Sttering was shaky from the start of the rental until the end. It was also overdue for an oil chance when we were renting it.

My reserved vehicle was rented prior to us arriving and they had none left when we arrived (despite calling to confirm earlier on the day of pick up) so I would choose something less than "poor" to describe my experience. This was my first time renting (or attempting to) from this company and it will surely be the last as well. It's not enjoyable to scramble last minute to rent a car under normal circumstances but almost impossible when travelling alone with a toddler. Thanks a lot for that!
I was pleased with everything. I did not ask for a particular vehicle and the Dodge Grand Caravan was more that adequate. I would have preferred a Town and Country but what we had served us well. I would certainly use your agency again.

This is a handicapped accessible van but we did not realize that we needed to bring the handicap parking tag. So we were having to park and then pull out or around to load my son into the vehicle. Other than that, we would use this service again. Also, we had to walk across the street and down the road to get the van. There should be some other system in place for persons who won't be able to do that.
Very pleased with the rental and would use this place again. Only complaint was in picking up our car, we had a long wait as there did not seem to be enough staff.
