I got an amount at my booking on the net.I had to pay mor at the car pick up.I don't like it.
Overall I'm highly satisfied
Had no problems with the vans or the rental company. I would rent from AVR again.
Vehicle was great and more then expected for the rate. Will definitely be renting from them again in the future.
Counter service was a little slow and I didn't receive the van that was reserved, but it all worked out and I was very happy with the rental. Will definitely use this agency the next time I need a van!

van was not cleaned and ready for pick up as specified
I went to pick up my rental at rental car location on Monaco. No one was there, windows were blacked out. Waited for 30 minutes thinking they were on lunch, no one showed. Called rental car company, they told me I needed to go to airport location. Had to have my ride take an Uber home, and I wasted a an hour round trip both ways (2 hours total inconvenience). Sergio was good, but the other girl wasn't (told me they would happily cancel my rez). Overall, it cost me more with incidentals.
Everything went smoothly and the overall experience was wonderful.
Great van, served us well.
