The guy who checked in my van upon return was extremely helpful.
The people at the counter were great, friendly, helpful but weren't really sure how to add in the extra prepaid mileage. they figured it out, but it seemed like it was an unexpected thing that isn't set up in the system every well. I wasn't able to do it online when i made the reservation (there was no mention of it as an option anywhere in the process) that should be added as an option in the check out.) also the van was pretty trashed, all dented up and pieces falling off but it ran fine.
This is my third or fourth time using your car rental services and I have no complaints and will definitely return to rent a vehicle from you again.
We reserved a van a week ahead of the scheduled pick up, through a 3rd party agency. The night before I got a call from one of your managers that they were over booked and had no 11 passenger van for our group. They also offered no other options. Totally ruining our plans.
I am happy to give your team at the Airport Van Rental high marks as they were extremely curteous and helpful.
The only problem we had was, we had purchased the portable wifi with the van, but they informed me that they did not have that feature available. They were kind enough to adjust the rental to remove it, but we were a little disappointed about it as we had rented the van due to that feature.

Great Experance
Reserved a 15 passenger van a week ahead of time. Called and confirmed the day before to assure it would be ready. But when I showed up there was no van. Staff was very unhelpful in assisting me with my options, and basically said "too bad".
I was late for my business event and was forced to pay a hefty fee for a last min van from another company.
I will not be renting from this company again, nor will anyone from my business.
Very poor service.
