would rent from AVR again, good value, received better vehicle than listed
The staff was very nice both coming and going. We needed an 8 passenger van so we were very limited on what is available. I would definitely rent from AVR again and recommend it to friends. The only problem we had was a low tire pressure light that came on after a few hours of driving. I had to find a tire shop to have air added and checked. They thought the tire was marginal and that the shocks needed replaced..but I'm not a mechanic.
The van worked great and was perfect for getting my family of six around Las Vegas. And it dis great in the snow to the Grand Canyon. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The only thing AVR would improve is the pick up , must hv 1 number for pick up calls as it is hard to contact if voice mail you heard is "pls leave your message and we will return your call within 24hrs" if you hear that message you will panic ..thats all but other than that i definetly recommend!!!
