Great experience this time
I was quoted one price when reservation was made. Coupon was not honored. And rental was dirty in the inside.

I've rented a van for the past few years and it's always been a great experience.
The fuel tank was not even half and the lady said that she will put it down on the paper and when i return i only have to fill as much when i return it. When i returned the van was almost full but the other lady said its not full and it has to be full otherwise we will charge 5.60 a gallon. I told her what the other lady had told me when i rented but she said that she checked the paperwork and it not there on the contract, so from there i had to go fill up the van. I wont be renting here again..
I appreciated the rental very much I actually booked the rental under my name and had no problem when my husband picked it up the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about company policy which was a benefit in making decision . Machelle was exceptional with letting us view different vehicles to see what would better suit our family . the check out process went smoothly as well . Vans were very clean . Shardnay was very polite when turning car in if we rent again we get 10 percent off next rent
Rental took forever due to power issues but they were over booked despite booking a month in advance. The 15 passenger van presented a few challenges: trying to load/unload(seats not removable or folding) & park in the city. The giant windows were amazing in the mountains and it handled everything including Pikes Peak! Staff was very friendly and did the best they could for us under circumstances that were out of their control. The customer service is the only reason I will rent again. THANKS!
when stop and wait A/C was not enough cold ( Looks like A/C condenser fan was not working)
The staff at airport are rude and arrogant. I waited 1 hour to get a van which is in a very bad condition. They didn't apologize for their attitude and even ask me to apologize to them about the complaints. This was very awful rental car experience I ever had. The tread of tires has almost zero depth I don't know why you still let people rent this car which is in a very dangerous condition.
