When we saw the price we were very pleased. When all fees and hidden fees were added, the cost was not such a bargain. The van that we rented was OK, but had a spring coming out of the passengers seat. We did not want to wait another 40 minutes to trade the van for another, so we had to put a towel over the spring. Watch for the "hidden" fees. They do add up!

1. Advise the renter that an upgrade has been made at the pickup area. 2. Go through all the on/off and open/close switches for the vehicle as it may be different from the one owned. 3. The Caravan had great MPG. 4. The comfort was a little snug for 2 big men in our 6 person group. 5. Overall, we were all pleased w/the vehicle and cost, we would all rent from this agency again. 6. We weren''t picked up and weren't aware we could be. The hike to/from shuttle bus area was not bad.

It was difficult to find the shuttle service and when I called the phone number...it was hard to hear "aisle 3." Might I suggest customer service respond with spellings to make it easy for travels foreign and where english is a language barrier.

When I reserved the van online, I was prompted to choose a pick-up location. I chose to pick up and drop off at the "Denver South" location. I was given the address: 1350 S. Parker Rd. I decided to go with AVR because they had a location that suited us. We planned to pickup at 8am and meet our carpoolers across town at 9am. We got to the location, and it was closed! The door was locked and the hours said they were open! We had to pickup at the airport, thus missing our rendezvous--total fail!
