Excellent!! This place has it together...had to feel sorry for the people waiting like cattle at all the other rental agencies. Service, vehicle, price...perfect!

Overall good
It was great service but the car had a little bad smell to it. Overall though great service.
It was a nice, new van. Everything was better than I expected.

Great road side assist, even late at night
Replaced first van that had mechanical problem promptly
Bad:
Called AVR office once all luggages were picked up, but was told to take LAX shuttle to Lot C cell phone area to meet AVR driver there. Lots of hassle as we had kids and luggages. However, the AVR driver said he could have pick us up directly. I would blame the AVR office not knowing the best for customer. Make sure u ask for direct pick up instead of going to some parking lot.
Vehicle was dirty, the change oil light came on the first day and the seat belt squeaked (at the bolt where it fastened to the vehicle), very uncomfortable and smelled...
Very good experience and and excellent service.
I waited for about a half hour to see the clerk and the two clerks were waiting on only once customer each before me.
The brakes were horrible and squeaky the entire trip. The tire pressure light was on (appears to be a sensor issue)
