Had a problem with the rental but the company took care of it.
CA local agent with really competitive pricing for Minivan above vehicles. Very friendly and supportive staff. Pick you up at LAX airport and can drop you off at almost any location nearby. Will rent from them again!
One problem was the pick up and drop off times available. Also no parking option to leave our car at office.

We needed the 12 passenger van to go to California to attend my Mother's funeral. The staff was so very kind and helpful. we have rented a mini van at las vegas location for six people for 3 days, when we arrive at the rental place it took almost 1 hour for them to look for our reservation because they don't have the mini van which we have reserve finaly they gave us 15 seater big van which i have never drove before, i have no choice to take it because even if i go to look for some other rental place their rent was to high ,i have to drove that big van in las vegas busy street which took too much gas, poor services
