I had requested a car seat , they did not have one ready, said I could go and buy one and to bring the receipt and they would reimburse me. I do not live in SanFrancisco and am not familiar with area, that was very stressful, 2yr old needs car seat
Rate should be more competative to the company next door, it was about $50 more with this company, but the other one had nothing available and we went with you guys.
