Van was kind of beat up, plus fuel door popped out easily, plastic part would fall out. Told me my insurance would not work, but my insurance does work with there van.

My cargo van was not avail. Upgraded to nice pretty clean mini-van for same price! Nice!
Only had a van with a non working remote. Couldn't find it in their system. Eventually I received another van.
The customer service is mediocre. Pick up and drop off at the airport took too long (30 minutes). The cars are old (90,000 miles).
The van was fairly new and in great condition. The rental process was easy and straightforward. The prices were great.
