The van was perfect for our trip. There was 5 of us. Customer service was superb. The guys were all nice. Not pushy. A lot of agencies I've rented from are pushy or just not polite. These guys were great.

The employees were great but everything ran SUPER slow compared to other car rental agencies. They definitely need more employees and better processes.
