I was very happy with the rental. Everyone was great from the moment we arrived. The van was exactly what we needed to move our large party around and we saved a lot of money over cabs or Uber. Van was in very good condition and the whole process was easy. I highly recommend AVR if you need a van.

90'S customer service in a car rental world that discriminates against the working class. I LOVE AVR!
Service was great. I liked my vehicle but I didn't have certain amenities that I thought were standard. Such as USB outlet. I paid for WIFI but it didn't work properly and although my intentions were to pay for it, I was pleased to see it was deducted from my bill.
Van smelled bad and one of the check engine lights were on after 1/2 way through my drive
The cars are clean, and brand new. We will come back for more. If they have points program if you rent their cars, probably we are one of them to get a lot of points, because we like the rate, customer service on point 100%, quality of cars 100% Thanks AVR.
