The vehicle made all kind of noises like it haven't been serviced the brakes squilled the whole time

They made me wait for long (15 mins) to give me vehicle and same (20-25 mins) when returned. Plus they had wrong entry on Mileage which was resulting in higher charge. It took another 10-15 mins to rectify.

Your office seemed short staffed when we arrived to pick up our vehicle. I was the seventh person in line and it was approximately two hours before I was able to get the vehicle I rented. The return was an all together different experience. There was no line and were helped immediately. It was a very smooth return process.
