Alex was very nice upon check-in, but check-out process was not that smooth - left the keys from my personal vehicle in my rental van, still awaiting for it to be mailed back, no one responded to me so far about how long would it take to be sent here.
I cancel my rental, it was not due to bad service, there were let people going so therefore I did not need a van. I love this place for my van rental.
Had no problem with my rental I truly enjoyed it.
The first van I received had a cracked in the window and the second van the side strip flew off while driving.
tire sensor light went on without cause.
