My flight were delay by two hours which pushed the arrived time to 12:05 Am of the next day and AVR cancelled my reservation, I had to re-book with the current rate which ended up cost me about $100 more. This does not make sense because I ended up pay more for less time. upon return the vehicle, the description for the after hour return location in San Diego is wrong. They gave no description of the building or business; they gave the wrong location (intersection of streets).
They called me the day before telling me they no longer had a vehicle for me. Now it left me trying to find a new car just hours before my trip. I will NEVER rent from them again.
The pickup line was long. The drop-off was simple. When picking up, a female employee was accusing a person in line ahead of me of placing stickers on the vehicle. Instead of helping guests waiting, she was harassing the customer in line. He showed evidence the sticker was present when he got the vehicle. Since he rented 2 vans, she wanted to see evidence of the 2nd vehicle. She clearly lacked common sense. I was happy with my price. The vehicle I received had high-mileage.
The van was great! However, I felt the wifi was a really bad way to scam ppeople for more money. The service was horrible and made everyone's devices slower. Also, when returning the van the employee gave us the most difficult time. It took us two hours to return the van. Probably won't return
Your office was terrific, thank you for a quality rental experience. Everything from the counter pickup to vehicle turn in was exceptional.
Customer service was understaffed both when I picked up and dropped off. The wait time was long. The representative was helpful and courteous.
Shanna who checked us in was so friendly and helpful!!!! She picked us up from the airport with a smile and checked us in. We wanted to take her on our Ragnar run with us!!! She made the check in process easy and helped explain the extra insurance and why it was so important!! The whole process was fabulous. We were running behind when we returned the van and your staff raced us to the airport so that we made our flight in time! I do wish we had a back up camera in the van.
Our flight left at 7:30 AM and site does not open until 8AM so we were worried about not being able to return vehicle during off hours. Company made accommodation to allow us to return early to nearby hotel off hours. Great Service!
