Two email messages and one voice mail messages were not returned. It is best to call the office directly during business hours to get a response. Best van value and rate in the San Francisco area.
Ended up NOT renting vehicle because when we asked to extend the rental return of one of 3 vehicles from 1 PM to 730 PM return, was told it would cost $55+ fees while the regular daily rate was only $38.75. Went with a competitor rental. The third rental was to be returned 4 hours early to boot. Also took ~ 10 minutes to be attended to despite being at the front of and the only person in line while the office manager just sat at his desk in the corner.
My experience was awesome! Picking up and dropping were quick. I will definitely go back here and will recommend to my family and friends.

At pickup, the rental agent was very friendly, the reservation was ready and waiting for us, and she went over the dings on the van very thoroughly.
On return, the rental agent was also very friendly, and the receipt / rental info was ready for signoff quickly so that we could get to the airport.
Our experience was horrible!! We didn't get picked up at the airport (LAX) as promised, waited an hour before we decided to get a taxi cab. Once we arrived at Airport Van Rental they didn't have the 15 passenger van we booked weeks prior and gave us an old mini van that was in poor shape! We had 10 people with us, and they gave us a 7 passenger mini van! Staff was not helpful and didn't seem to care. We will never rent from this place again. "Buyers Beware" !!!
I contacted this company last minute and was granted a good vehicle at a better rate than any other company. I plan on using then again in the near future and telling others about them.
Fast courteous service this time
We had to wait on the van being cleaned before we could take it.
It took us a few tries to get the right van - first was missing a spare tire, second was missing seats. Third time was a charm, but we discovered the gas was empty after we left. Staff were great to work with.
