Would prefer shuttle to and from the airport.
The van was a run down wrecked up falling apart rental never again

This would have been a better experience if the shuttles were more convenient.
The staff is helpful and the van has almost 40000 miles already. It need oil change when I drived for one day. The van has a lot of space and it is worth the money I spend.
Directions for pickup were a little confusing and taxes and fees were not clearly communicated, but rental rate and the quality of the van met expectations. I would rent from them again.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. The rental rates are very good. I will be using AVR again soon.
AVR San Jose office is a good place to rent. I liked the Vehicle. However, Staffs can even be friendly with Customers and offer them some additional options/upgrades for less price when they have lot full of Vans. By default, I didnt get good Van or what I wanted, its an upgrade of $110 to change the Van. Customers are not option to choose their comfortable model even when its available.
Great Van at Great Price... However you should let People Know about the Mandatory Insurance Cost Up Front ($26.99)....
Other than that everything was GREAT
