The service was expedient and very professional
Our wifi hotspot--that we rented separately , did not work for most of our trip. None of our devices seemed to connect. Which was upsetting. Other than that , all was OK
Everything with the rental went great. No problems with the vehicle. The only hick up occurred when I spoke to the lady on the phone prior to my arrival. When she asked what Airline? I said delta, she said "that's terminal B". I called to be picked up once I arrived and repeated what I had been told (terminal B) when asked and that's were my pick up was sent. It turns out Delta is in terminal A.
Everything else went fine including the check out, check in and return trip to the airport.
I wish I could give AVR 10 stars! They were so kind and welcoming. The entire rental experience was great!

Wrong vehicle-confirmed aa 11 passenger but got a 15 and they wanted to charge $ daily for the seat to be our-ridiculous! Found dirty inside with trash. No window washer fluid. 3/4 tank of gas. Waited an hour to check vehicle out. Website says call in advance for Mexican insurance, not true.

Conveniently by the airport. Staff was very accommodating in understanding the slightly late return. Also, many other people in our group were left without a rental vehicle since only their rate was guaranteed and not actually a car. Was very happy that I was able to get the car that I reserved.
AVR was fantastic! I got a van at a great rate. Pick-up and drop off were quick and easy. The reps were friendly and helpful.
