No call pick ups. Had to taxi to the office, and then after an hour wait, I finally picked up my car. It was great value and great vehicle, but the service was definitely below expectations.
Great
1. Confirmation did not confirm wheelchair van. 2. Van ramp, conversion was time-wasting bad design 3. NO STAFF understood how to work tie-down straps for wheelchair. 4. Seat belt for wheelchair malfunctioned erratically, serious safety flaw. 5. Office never answered three urgent calls about seat belt problem; ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET LIVE PERSON TO ANSWER TELEPHONE.
Did not get picked up. No one answers the phone. Called 5 times within an hour no answer. Finally hitched a ride with you competitor. Got there and there are 4. Employees talking to each other, one female helping a customer. Other 3 not one can answer phone. Myself and on other customer rode in on your competitors van. She had the same results. No answer. Agent would not accept my current insurance because it wasn't for commercial vehicles. I drive a van and insurance has it on my ID. Bad CS
15 passenger vans are an awful options for teenage football boys and coaches. YOu can barely fit into one seat.
