Brakes were a little squshy - needs to be checked.
The rental accomplished the job at hand. The staff was helpful and processed the pick up promptly. The vehicle ran well, yet certain functions such as non-operating wind shield washer during winter storms, made for dangerous travel.

It was a great rental van and the service was pretty good. The rental agent took the time to understand the type of vehicle that I needed because I had a few wheelchairs to account for. The agent then showed me a few options, and I picked the van that worked best for me. The price was a great value, due to the size of the vehicle, and I would definitely rent with them again.
Very nice staff, our driver back to the airport saved us by being knowledgeable of a shortcut route to LAX which was packed with traffic he was great ! Couldn't be happier with your company. You out shine all the others . Can't say enough about haw pleased we were. Will definitely use you again when we return to LA.
Everything went fine except for the way the customer service agent handled my reservation, Customer services manager Marcus took care of the issue, but I still think AVR should send the agent to another training in facing adverse issues, so she will not react negatively with customers. That's why it's called customer service in the first place.
Is my 3rd time renting the van there, I have a big family and feels good to have this agency with so many option for rent, always is easy to got what your looking for.
