Continual attempts to sell upgrades, van didn't have the most basic features, ride was *very* rough and noisy, agency software chose the wrong van, and more. Do you rent vans, anything more? No.
As soon as I landed I called AVR and told them we were still on the tarmac due to airline delays and an AVR agent said they would accommodate. However after arriving at the AVR trailer via a very nice shuttle driver there was no AVR employee to be found. They had closed up shop and left us stranded with no car. I have since tried calling multiple contact numbers to speak with a representative with no avail. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
They were very kind and considerate during the rental process. We rent from them every November and plan to again next year.

Van was clean and practically new. Easy to drive and was absolutely perfect for carting our large family around that visited for our wedding. Comfortable and plenty of room. Staff was prompt and we were in and out with pick up and return. Great experience with AVR. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Andrew our shuttle driver was awesome! He was courteous and quick and helpful. The lady who checked us in helped us with the rate so it would be better and I appreciate all her help in looking over the car with me and showing me all the featuresz

I no longer have to search online for another van rental company in Las Vegas, this is in a separate place from the others with a faster and efficient service, as well as excellent prices.
On the drive up for my trip, it was non stop raining. When we arrived at our destination, the trunk doors and side doors of the car was leaking a ruined ALOT of our things. we spent over $350 to replace these items not to mention groceries. The customer service was great, but due to you vehicle ruining all of my friends and things I could not recommend nor come back to that place of business. I paid for more than i was suppose to due lack of maintenance on the conpanies behalf. NOT COOL AT ALL
