The vehicle I was initially given was sub-standard and not in condition for rent. It had many dents and was very squeaky and after 25 miles, the engine light came on. This was our first time renting here and we are not impressed. At return, one agent is busy with customers while another two on computers and we had to wait. Not good service!

Overall was disappointed with quality of the vehicles. Had a number of mechanical issues for our long road trip. Cause a big inconvenience. Vans should be checked more thoroughly before renting.

The van was in good shape and the price was cheap.
Waited two hours for pick up at the airport where the pick up spot was not marked. We called AVR and we were hung up on twice then after we finally was in the van I had to help the driver close the door manually as it was not working properly. Upon arrival at Denver AVR trailer office ( site under construction) the restroom was out of order and I had to use a portable toilet in single digit weather. Then while I was waiting for associate to charge me an extra 200$ deposit over the quoted price
