The only negative is that we were told the driver would pick us up in 15 minutes after we gor our luggage and then called to have a shuttle come pick us up. The 15 min was actually 40 minutes. Everything else about the rental experience was good

While my daily rate was honored, I feel like the sales tactics were misleading and took advantage of me. I was asked which of three levels of insurance without an option of "none" and the fuel prepay was not clearly sold as a full tank service. So I used a quarter tank of gas and had to pay for a full tank. And I got some type of insurance without realizing it so my very good rate of $109 turned into $259 for 5 days. When questioned about it there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing!!

I was not happy about leaving the van at a closed facility. I hope that there are no unexpected charges on my credit card, with the next billing cycle. At least I was able to walk diagonally across the street, to catch the shuttle to the airport.

My girlfriend called to request a drop off in Indianapolis spoke to someone in the Chicago location who said it would be 50-75 bucks. She cwas told to talk to Simon. Then Simon said it would be 200 dollars additional, when she said someone had told her 50 bucks, he said "Can you prove it?" Not sure what kind of people you deal with or train or hire at the Chicago location, but this is not how you you talk to customers. We ended up renting a van from another company.
