My girlfriend called to request a drop off in Indianapolis spoke to someone in the Chicago location who said it would be 50-75 bucks. She cwas told to talk to Simon. Then Simon said it would be 200 dollars additional, when she said someone had told her 50 bucks, he said "Can you prove it?" Not sure what kind of people you deal with or train or hire at the Chicago location, but this is not how you you talk to customers. We ended up renting a van from another company.

Good service and afforable rentals
Well worth the money.
I'm sorry but we never did end up renting, the price was almost triple what was quoted online when you add in all the insurances. It was never told to us up front the a 15 passenger van needed special insurance that our own individual plans did not cover. . We waited 2 hours to figure this out as they did not have the van ready to begin with. The only good part about the company was the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport. I'm also out $50 because of the cancelation. Not Happy
The girl who helped me was great. She was so friendly and asked me about my day. The experience was very personable. I will be back and recommend to other friends and work places.
Everything went very well and I felt I saved well over $100 in rental fees having this van for 4 days, it was a great value on a great van. The PDX staff was great too, they listened to what I needed and went all out to fill my needs. I'll rent from PDX Airport Van Rental again.

Battery died twice - vehicle shouldn't have been rented with such a weak battery. Huge inconvenience. Otherwise the experience was great.
Great experience, will come back again on our next family trip.
