No Vans when they I got there. Had to wait about 40 mins for one to arrive. Other than that, it was great !

Had a slight disagreement on mileage allowance, I thought it s/b 500 mi. for (2) days, customer service person insisted it would only be 250 mi. In the end it was a non issue as total miles were 190... But I was concerned non-the-less.
Pick up on landing was great but going back to LAX was a 40 min wait at AVR office when dropping off the van

I HAD A 15 PASSENGER VAN & HAD IT REPLACED WITH A CARGO VAN EASILY. THERE WAS 1 AVAIL TO RENT FOR THE 4 DAYS NEEDED. THX VERY MUCH.
We made a reservation online for a 15 passenger van but the staff said they got a reservation for a 8 seater. That was a bummer because we were 10 folks. They finally gave us a 11 seater Ford Transit. We were not told about the miles restriction when the reservation was being made (despite calling up the call center) and it was another bummer because we had to purchase 400 additional miles since we were traveling to Crater Lake from San Jose. The car did not have phone connectivity working.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good this rental experience was. No issues whatsoever and no hidden costs or fees as others have posted reviews about. I would definitely rent from here again when a van is needed.
The van was a little rough with some scrapes and missing parts on the body but it drove great and it was clean on the inside.
