Everything was great
I rented a 12 passenger van and they gave me 15 transit van and there's no room for a carry on luggage.
I exchanged the van the next day for a minivan and waited a long time because there were no available in the lot but computer showing 9. After a long wait we finally got a minivan. After leaving the lot and drove on the freeway it started vibrating once it reached 55 MPH and above. These vehicles should be well maintained for the safety of the people on the road.

Overall, the rental experience was great. The van should have a cruise control and the seats adjustable to recline, features needed for long drives. The price is very great!
