I wasn't asked about Road Side Assistance but this was included on my contract even though I didn't want it. I was a little upset that this charge was sneakily included on my contract.
Renting at AVR was so easy. Reasonable price and no hustle. I will definitely recommend AVR to my family and friends.
Good experience overall
The number provided to call for pick up was not answered by a person so we did not know if we had gotten through. But the pickup came fairly quickly.
The right rear brake/turn signal bulb was burned out which made merging in freeway traffic difficult. I wish this had been caught before we left the lot. But your staff was very good about reimbursing me for the cost of the new bulb.
I would use your rental service again and would recommend you to others.

The main problem we had was that there was no room for our luggage. The alarm monitor that tells you that the rear passenger door was ajar was on almost the whole time we had the 15 passenger van.
The van was ragged missing side door panel, loose bottom panel, dents in front and rear bumpers, seats were dirty, and also missing the year sticker for 2017, which caused us to be pulled over, and the vehicle being searched because the police saw a van full of young black males. but over all I really love renting from you guys i get the best value all ways. this van just didn't make it this time around.

The check in process is a bit lengthy. Would rather provide the information ahead of time, which I assume we do and be able to pick up and go. That is the only negative. Rates are great and staff is courteous, but process is too long.
