Great job
I was charged for the full amount of my rental plus a $200 deposit on day one of my rental, not simply a credit card hold. It has been three days since my rental, and the deposit has not been refunded yet.
Van was very clean and seem to be very new. Van exceeded expectations.

Super friendly, super helpful and courteous. Slight glitch/delay in drop-off with closing out in the system, but overall a good value and easy use.
The rental counter staff were very friendly. The vehicles were a bit older than usually expected with rental cars, but it makes sense based on the discounted prices versus other large mainstream companies that rent passenger vans. The great value was totally worth it.
The van was clean and price was affordable
Requested the van for 9am. Did not get it until 10:30.
Bo the person at the reception is the best and she is always helpful. She is the main reason I use the service. The last visit the vehicle wasn't the best but its ok. They always take care of me the next time.
