i got the vehicle from Vegas, drove couple miles, then saw tires sensor fault. it was disappointed, rest of it was ok.
we rented two vehicles. One of them was great condition and clean, other one was ok, but little bit dirty.
Thevan I was given to rent was the most ghetto, falling apart thing I've ever driven. Picked up at 8:15pm we didn't have good lighting so we only inspected the outside, after leaving and starting to drive it, I couldn't believe I had just spent $130 for this junker, ac in back didn't work,ac vents falling out of roof, front bench seat was broken, needs a front end alignment BADLY. I was so disappointed but like I told the agent, it got our Girl Scouts to and from our location, that the only good
Everything went great. It was concerning that their office phone land line went down, but ignored was awesome that one of their staff called me from a mobile phone, even before I landed from the airplane. They took care of the problem before it even was a problem for me. I appreciate that.
The only problem was after to get the golden gate toll the rental car had told me i ll pay when i came back from my tour the lmast day.
One month later i have receive a penalitie by letter.

Sometimes is not staffed to provide prompt service. Very good value.
We were told that the car would be a Kia Sedona. Plus there was no explanation of the pick from the airport process. The driver who picked us up was awesome. The car we got was a Dodge Caravan. The 3rd row was not cleaned and needed to clean it once we arrived at some friends house. The charges in the front of the vehicle did not work, so we were unable to charge phones or other electronics while driving. I will say the customer service was great, we just had few issues w/ the van.
cheap rental with very good service - already did my second rental with them within 2 weeks
I always use avr. Great service and great people.
This was my second experience with this company and it won't be my last.
