I believe youre a bit understaffed, but good peeps.
We always get a rental van for our event from AVR located near in San Diego Airport. The staffs are great and their vehicle is ready on time. We would like recommend this company to others

Great rates! Great customer service! The van was beautiful from the outside. Only thing I would suggest is they clean the inside a little more thoroughly. We found some trash in the van after we drove away in it. Also, if they could possibly clean the upholstery because there were stains on several of the seats.

The Hmong girl with dark hair very unprofessional and rude. Picking up the van, I pointed out everything I saw. She said it was not necessary to mark any damage less than 3 in. When I returned the van, it was the same girl who assisted me. She pointed out scratches that were less than 3in and claimed it was not there when we did walk thru on pickup. I had pointed those out when I picked up, she did not mark them. She tried to ding me for not doing her job. Very rude when I handing over paperwork
