They need to clean the seats for the cars, they were very dirty and have a lot of dark spots.
a better vehicle was available, and we asked for it ,but they brought us an old one, didn't bother to tell us we could upgrade or for $xxx amount of money could up grade. Need to say before all paper work done. Seemed grouchy and would have been humbug to do over. Do appreciate them taking out the last seat for more baggage space.
Customer representative named Po is very rude and combative, toxic combination on a worker to this kind of business, I read the reviews and there's quite a lot who were unsatisfied with their customer service.....the rest of the employees were nice, I rented twice during my stay in San Francisco, one van for 7 days and then rented another for 3 days. When I returned the second van that I had an encounter with Ms. Po, I was upset the way she responded to me, very rude.
I always rent from this company, Rates are often cheap and the staff are very helpful.

We had rented an 8 passenger van, but the seat belts were broke, the seat is torn and no step rail to get into the van.
They switch it out with a 12 passenger van at no extra charge, this van had the majority of the stuff in the ceiling gone.
The step rail was bent, and I was really surprised to see over 82,000 miles on this van. I do have to say that the van ran great.
We have rented from your company before, although it was in Sacramento we had good expenditure with the vans.
Staff agent was great. He got me in and out quickly. Appreciated the fact that there was no overselling of "stuff" that one finds at other rental car agencies.
