Favorite place to rent from. They are always helpful and courteous which is important since we use the vans for our Scout camping trips.
Door light is on all the time
The rental agency staff were wonderful, quick, efficient, and helpful. The van was amazing, it was a wheelchair accessible van with a ramp and safety straps to strap in the wheelchair, the van was really easy to drive and park, got good mileage, gave a smooth ride, handled well on flat roads as well as steep windy roads. Most of all. I am extremely grateful to rent such a van to give my grandmother a chance for some outings she would not otherwise be able to have. It was a great experience!
Thanks for the rental
This was A horrible experience. I was taking Executive's around Portland to tour different companies. The van smelled so bad and was so worn down it was embarrassing. I used Uber because I couldn't take people in this vehicle

Would like to rent in San Diego in November 2016, but my flight doesn't arrive until 10:30 PM and the location is closed!
FIrst car picked up had a low tire warning light with one of the four tires dangerously low. It was also not full of gasoline (though I was expected to return it full). So I turned around, brought the vehicle back. They gave me a larger SUV (less gas mileage) and the A/C didn't work! It also had warped rotors and a rear view mirror hanging on by a thread. To top it off the shuttle driver barely spoke to me and when we changed vehicles i ended up losing a backpack with important items, AWFUL!!!
