Vehicle so dusty and shakes when braking. Inside was too loud. It sounds like the back door was loose. Not a good shocks but it was clean.

though there was a delay in picking me up from the airport, customer service and vehicle quality more than compensated for it :-)
We returned the Vans to a partner hotel location because the rental agency was not open at the time of our flight. When we left the vans they had no damage to them and were in the same condition as when we picked them up. When we called to check if they were picked up they told us there was significant bumper damage and that our insurance would be billed. We did a walk around of the van prior to leaving it and there was no damage when we left the keys at the desk.

Yes, the rate promised online was honored. For that discounted rate, I was given a "beated-up" van when other better shape vehicles were on the lot and available.
This was the BEST car/van rental experience I have ever had, and that covers well over 120 other times I"ve rented a vehicle ! The price was very competitive, the van was very clean and ran very well. But most impressive was the courteous and helpful attitude of the employees I dealt with !!! From start to finish, the staff did a great job!!
