The check In process was horrible! They had few people assisting customers. I waited 45 minutes to get to the counter while only 3 people were ahead of me. Then, once I got up to the counter, they had to re-enter my credit card info. This took forever and because they entered my info incorrectly, my credit card was denied, 3 times, locking me out from using my card the entire trip, I was so angry!
The drop off process was quick and easy but I still will not use you guys again.

Tires on our van were pretty bald. The wait times were nice and short to get in and out. Overall, this was the best value for us.

I needed to also order two vans for the following week which I couldn't do online. The person on the phone was good enough to do it via phone and then when I picked THIS week's rental up, he remembered me and confirmed again we're good for next week.
When we were being picked up to be dropped off at the rental company, there were more people than seats available. I didn't have a seat or a seatbelt. Picking up the vehicle was a terrible wait. There was confusion with staff during both the pick up and drop off of the rental vehicle. Dropping off the vehicle was again a long wait and longer than expected.
Great to work with and courteous.
