As a regular renter it would be nice to have a more stable price structure as I often need to incorporate the rental cost into the tour services we provide.

Thought the value for the vehicle we rented was great. The same young lady took care of us at pick up and return and was very kwowledgable and helpful. ( Katice ). Excellent employee.
I have used Airport Van Rental for a few years and do anticipate using them again.
The only complaint I have is that the facility is undergoing construction and the lighting in the evening as well as the road condition is terrible. It was hard to find the place and I felt a bit uncomfortable in the lot with the construction, bumps, lack of lighting, people loitering in the darkness, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and that made me feel a bit more comfortable, but they should be aware of the outside conditions as well and try to improve them.
