Good car but a little expensive
The van was not smooth running. I believe it require alignment. It was wiggling and shaking a lot. We've notice the rear tire on the drivers side has a big bump. Gods blessing the tire did not blow up while driving in the freeway. Thanks you.
The online quote was less than what we were charged when we arrived. We were not told about the necessary insurance online. Felt tricked, but since we already had a reservation and we had to get the furniture picked up we committed to the rental of the van.
I had rented a 15-passenger van, but ended up with a 12-passenger because the back seat had been removed. I didn't notice the error until it was too late to make a change, but when I returned the van the sales associate (Patrick) discounted my rate and was very apologetic for the error. I greatly appreciated his efforts to remedy the solution, and will rent from AVR again because of their great customer service!
Knowledgeable butcould use a quick tour of inner workings for seat adjustment. Etc.
The office at Gillespie is open at 7am. Not early enough for early flights.
