Website needs to be updated, my confirmation was for a pick up at the Long Beach Airport and drop off at same, that did not happened. During traffic hour I had to drive to Costa Mesa to pick up vehicle and make it there at 6pm. Vehicle was not really up to my standards. I also dropped off vehicle at LAX because it was the only drop site that was going to be open at the time of my return. Renting a car had never been so stressful and frustrating.
Glad I found you! Better rates than I could find anywhere else online, and I reserved a van just 2 hours before picking it up. So helpful to be able to park my car there for the 24 hours I used the van, and paid so little for parking. You were so good about the drop off time - didn't charge me for the extra hour and a half that I was late. A great experience!
