The wheelchair tie downs were the old school ones from around 10 years ago..get the new easier ones!
My ONLY complaint was how far from the terminal the facility was, and I was not made aware of that when I rented. I would have rented anyway, but would have been better prepared.

The van we rented was great, the issue was that the registration tags were expired. This caused an issue with law enforcement. I suggest you add this detail to your "check out" process, to be done by staff, as this could have ended much worse.
