The first time I rented here I did not have to pay an after hour fee, but this time I do?? The car was dirty as also made some rattle noises while we were driving which made us not feel very secure.
Staff was very good but waiting time was inefficient. Checked in at 12:15 for a 12:30 pickup. By the time I checked in until I received the rental it was 1:55pm. I realize it takes time to process at check-in, but I waited 40 minutes for the Van to be delivered after I left the check-in counter. A young man at the pickup area finally went to see what the holdup was.
I just didn't like the process to pay with your debit card upon returning the van. There's no reason a person should need a bill to pay the final total on a debit card.
The staff is very friendly and super accomodating. They went as far as to help me put my navigation settings to how i wanted--to not include toll roads. Very thankful for their happy disposition.
