love the Las Vegas airport staff!
I reserved a van 3 weeks in advance too transport my 94 year old mother who is wheelchair bound to the airport to move her from CA. to Utah. I called the morning of the day before to confirm the reservation. I was reassured that all was well. Very late that day, I received a call back that the van was NOT available, leaving me with no options. I had to rent a standard car which was very inconvenient and painful getting her in a and out of the car. Extremely poor, with no real sensitivity.
This company made it very easy to rent a great van. I would definitely rent from them again.

Not only would I recommend AVR LAX to others, while I wait for service, I'm telling people near me what a great choice they made. THE staff is AMAZING!!! I love this company. I just pray they never give out of cars because that's the only way I would use another company and then it would only be for that moment. I will always use AVR. Thanks Guys!!!
We are renting vans from from AVR and were promised a regular customer discount which is not usually honoured. Staff says to ask for this at the end, at the end we are asked to send an email but email is always not responded.
Having to wait for 50 minutes at the arrival area with my clients with me was definitely not acceptable. I called twice to check and they kept saying the van will be there soon. Typical American lazy service, I thought.
why do I have to pay $20 sfo transfer fee if I have a ride to/from rental car place. They used to waive it. Not anymore :/
