I booked on line. Be careful in some cars the miles are not unlimited. Also check with your insurance if you are covered for renting a big bus otherwise you have to buy the extra insurance. other than that the staff is really helpful and they have great prices!!
Better then my last experience.
Phone numbers did not work on weekends. My information was lost. Did not gave a flexible gas refill option and we had to use it since van used alternate fuel. Did not recieve phone call or emailed instructions. Any emails recieved did not include phone numbers. The people were nice but in the end this was a stressful experience
Great experience! Will definitely be a returning customer.
We had a huge issue with renting to us because we live in Las Vegas and the first agent we spoke was a bit snotty but the supervisor stepped in and handled everything. I am hoping since I rented once already that next time they will rent to me without a credit card.
I had 2 major issues with AVR.
1) The phone number in the email was incorrect so I had to look up their number after arriving
2) When I finally had the right number and contacted AVR I was told it would be about 15 minutes to get picked up. 48 minutes later the van arrived at the airport, 53 minutes after I tried to make my first call to the wrong number. I was ready to walk over to the Enterprise counter until I read my email that said I'd still be responsible for one day's rental.
Pick up and drop off was great. Very friendly staff, went the extra mile to review important points in the agreement and provided information about the minivan. Thanks AVR!
Great experience. Recommended!
Overall good clean vehicle.
Met my expectations. Upgraded from a 2012 Chevy Express Van to a 2012 at no cost. Went from Las Vegas to Portland, via all the mid West National Parks, 4300 miles, w/o any issues. A/C worked fine through the Vegas 106 F temperatures with 7 people.
